Respect in the Workplace

Respect in the Workplace training encourages a positive and inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and safe. This course outlines behavioural expectations and promotes equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) practices in Canadian workplaces.

Topics include:
– Understanding respect, civility, and professional conduct
– Identifying microaggressions and subtle disrespect
– The role of unconscious bias and cultural sensitivity
– Legal framework and employer obligations
– How to intervene respectfully and report concerns
– Encouraging open communication and team harmony

This course supports compliance with workplace policy standards and human rights legislation. All participants receive a certificate upon successful completion.
