By accessing TradeCerts.com and purchasing our courses, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. Course Access and Delivery

Upon payment, you receive access to purchased courses. Courses are delivered online through our learning management system. Access is typically immediate after payment confirmation.

4. Certifications

Certificates are issued upon successful course completion and passing required exams. Certificates are issued by TradeCerts Inc. and are valid as stated in each course.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at time of course enrollment.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and trademarks are property of TradeCerts Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeCerts Inc. provides courses for educational purposes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts.
