Falls are the leading cause of death in construction. This course provides comprehensive training on fall hazards, protection systems, and safe work practices for anyone working at heights above 3 meters (10 feet).

- Fall hazard identification and risk assessment
- Types of fall protection systems (guardrails, safety nets, personal fall arrest)
- Proper use and inspection of harnesses, lanyards, and anchors
- Rescue procedures and emergency response
- Legislation and CSA standards for fall protection
- Pre-use equipment inspection procedures
