Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase if you have not started the course or completed less than 10% of the content
- Technical issues that prevent course access and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate purchases made in error
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- You have completed more than 10% of the course
- You have already received your certificate
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You failed the exam (you may retake the exam)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@tradecerts.com with your order number and reason for refund
- Include your full name and email address used for purchase
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
